So there are more satellites being built in this location where we are today, than almost anywhere else in the world. We decided to run a competition for our European Headquarters and we selected countries based on three criteria: access to human capital, infrastructure capital and risk capital. We then selected Glasgow as our European Headquarters and it's the fastest-growing office we have in the company right now.
I can tell you that in Glasgow, we go out a lot, with our daughter, with friends and it's really one of the great experiences. I think it was the flexibility and eagerness to support innovative companies that really stood out here. It was at least as easy as it, for example, was in Singapore – which everyone thinks of being like a super-efficient place and it was just as easy here.
For us, when we hire people, we look at three dimensions, we look at what we call IQ – which is like smarts and we look at EQ, which is like character of an individual and then their passion for what they do. And we've been absolutely blown away by all three of them. We have found people that we have been able to attract in Scotland to be absolutely world-class.
The green-ness of everything creates such a phenomenal relaxation for, for body and mind, so our people really enjoy being here. It's just a very, very good place to work hard, and enjoy life, with friends, with family, being outdoors, being indoors.
