Scotland Run 2015
Scotland Run 2015 returned to Central Park on Saturday April 4th.
As part of Scotland Week, Scotland Run is an annual opportunity to dress up, and join the fun for a 10K run through the center of New York. Participants run to the sounds of bagpipes and a park full of cheering spectators. Organised by New York Road Runners, each year the race grows in popularity.
For the first time at the Scotland Run, the NYRR Youth Running Series hosted an event for younger runners to take on the challenge. Hundreds of children, ages 7 - 18, took part.
Thousands joined us on April 4th 2015 for the twelfth annual Scotland Run. Read the news story with details of the winners here.
