Peter Pan mansion plans examined
The Moat Brae site was bought for £1 by a trust trying to create an "attraction of international significance".
Author JM Barrie credited the gardens at the building as the inspiration for his famous work.
The plans for the site were on display at St George's Church Hall in Dumfries between 1300 and 1600 GMT on Monday.
The building was previously owned by Loreburn Housing Association who planned a residential development.
However, it subsequently agreed a deal to sell the building to the Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust (PPMBT).
The trust has ambitious plans for the site, including creating a visitor centre, shop and a flat for respite care of sick children.
