Indian cuisine spicing up farmers markets
Five farmers markets will celebrate Scotland's unique relationship with India by hosting a series of cookery demonstrations from expert chefs.
Using fresh market produce to create dishes with an Indian twist, the chefs will show how Scottish food and drink can enhance dishes from around the world.
Taste of India farmers markets will take place on the following dates:
The markets are part of Scotland's Year of Food and Drink celebrations which run until April 2011.
