Dr Who girl Karen Gillan to play an author in new Scottish film
The Inverness-born actress plays a novelist struggling to finish her next book in the movie Not Another Happy Ending.
The comedy is being directed by John McKay, who worked on the BBC series Life On Mars, and also stars Edinburgh actor Emun Elliott.
Last night McKay said: "We have two of the hottest lead actors out of Scotland. Just right for the kind of quirky, romantic indie movie this is set to be."
