Black grouse safaris re-launched in Highlands reserve

RSPB Scotland ran its early morning Black Grouse Safaris at Corrimony in Glenurquhart last year.

The safaris will run Fridays to Sundays from 2 April to 25 April and last about three hours.

Black grouse are one of Scotland's rarest birds.

The RSPB, which lists it as a red list species because of severe population declines, estimates there are about 5,100 breeding males in the UK.
