Edinburgh Mela festival programme announced

A huge outdoor spectacle with a migration theme will form the centrepiece of this year’s Edinburgh Mela Festival.
The programme for the celebration of cultural diversity has been launched with performers from Cargo, a show about two people’s daring journe
The festival, which began in 1995, has moved to Leith Links from its previous home at Pilrig park.
It will also include the Jaipur Kawa Circus, and runs from 6 to 8 August.
