Chef Tony Singh, has created a special menu to celebrate Scotland’s love for Indian cuisine.
The chef, who is well-known for his fresh and innovative approach to food, has created a menu using the best of Scottish produce, cooked in authentic Indian spices and styles. Tony has devised a delicious array of dishes - from Haggis Paratha to Punjabi Salmon and Tarka Dal.
The Taste of India menu has been launched in conjunction with The National Trust for Scotland – who will have the dishes available though out various NTS properties across Scotland.
Tony Singh said:
"It was a real privilege to be asked to come up with some recipes with Scotland's wonderful larder. It was a pleasure working with what are some of the best ingredients in the world, and the produce that comes from some of the National Trust for Scotland’s properties is the cream of the crop.”
The Year of Food and Drink is uniting Scottish tourism businesses in a common drive to promote Scotland’s iconic produce.
