"People complain about the bad weather in Scotland but it's the winter that I love. Scotland knows how to enjoy winter. In the cold months people shelter closer together like penguins on the South Pole. We group together in pubs for heat and there isn't a better feeling than seeing the bad weather outside, enjoying a few more drinks and talking the hind legs of a penguin 'til morning."
